BMX biking is a high intensity cardio workout that requires lower body and core strength while also demanding excellent hand-eye coordination.
The great thing about BMXing is that it’s open to all age groups and abilities. The best way to learn is to turn up and practice while watching others ride.

Up to eight riders’ race, Moto-Cross-style, around a 300m – 400m track. This sprint race takes you over jumps, bumps and berms (banked corners).
At each meet, the riders will race 3 heats with a final race….
Fantastic opportunity for the pre-schoolers to have a little fun.
Strider Cup is a family-friendly race and play experience designed to let little ones ages 2-5 years old who want to experience the thrill of racing. Children of all sizes and skill levels are welcome to participate.
Competitors must complete the circular track without pedaling – all they are allowed to do to build up speed is pump their bike up and down over the rollers and obstacles. The first one to the finish wins.
My approach is to give the riders as much exposure to all types of racing environments, then letting them see their own ability and competitive spirits come alive.
To pass on the knowledge and skills I have learnt over the years to young aspiring riders.
To push them and to encourage them to never give up on their dreams.
